either.
the pot is 700+, your $1600 shove needs to work too often to make this EV+.

reraise preflop, he is unlikely to fold KK and QQ unless he is extremely
weak. Will he fold JJ and TT? possible but what percentage? If it is close
to zero, I should not push. If it is 50-50, I think it should be profitable.
My thought was I will not get paid if I hit the flush at river, so it is
either fold or push.

By limping in and calling his raise on preflop and his bet on flop, you did
represent a pocket pair against Ax. Especially when the flop is XXY, that
almost eliminate yourself from having Ax from others' eyes.
---Turn---
Now, the SB fires again on the turn, with almost everybody putting you on a
pair. what else can you put him on? Of course a strong pair.
Also, the turn is really a crappy card, if you shove here, you are actually
representing 3 things:
1) 55s (flop 885, slow playing full house)
2) 33s (donk called on the flop to see if he has AK and hit your dream
card on the turn)
3) overplay 99, TT
4) desperate bet with flush draw
If I were SB, I would've snap called your all-in. If you got 88s, 55s, 33s,
it's time for me to pay you off.
---River---
Now the SB has a big pair, could also be 55 or even 88, for which you don't
know. I really think fold on the turn is a good idea, cause the pot is
already paired.
Consider if you hit flush on the river, what's gonna happen falls into one
of the following category:
1) SB bet, you raise, SB tank and call (You are good with nut flush)
2) SB bet, you raise, SB tank and reraise (Now it's you to think if you
are the victim of full house. Should consider fold if his reraise is
comparable to all-in)
3) SB check, you bet, SB call. (You win)
4) SB check, you bet, SB raise. (Do you want to raise him again? this is
like the second case)
I would not say hitting flush is a good thing on the river, but if you hit
an Ace, that's really when you can make a lot of value. Nobody can put you
on AA, or AX. But only 3 outs. That's how his OVER-pair got cracked. But he
may also have a STRONG-pair(like 88, 55, 33), which he really didn't
represent. So I think the SAFE outs for you is A.
Put them together, I would fold on the turn. Don't think that just because
you are playing 5/10, so you have to prove that you can outplay your
opponent. Both of you only got 200 bbs, not enough to test SB's intention.
