no cash. aftter I busted out from event 54, I played rio daily deep stack, $235 buy
in. 1050 participants and i got 13th for $1900. I also play 1 $550 ME
satellite and two single table sit and go, no results. That's all the
tourneys i played. In terms of cash game, i only played about 1.5 hours 1/3
game at rio and down about $50.
overall, i didnt play much. cash game tables are tougher than before (
opinion from fcf). As for the tournament, i like wsop, excellent structure,
but you have to be patient and prepare to stay 10hours+ and bust out when it
's very close to the the money. Bigmao, a poker friend from kungfu-poker,
spent 12 hours in day 1 and 2 hours in day 2(event 56), when there were only
20 people more to reach the money, lose KK to AK. I can't express how
frustrated he was. It's not easy to double up your chips from fish. Every
player plays wsop event seriously and knows poker abc. Well, they may not
calculate hand range that accurately and may make some small mistakes on
turn or river bet. You may exploit a bit from this but not too much.
Easier games than wsop events are their daily deep stack. massive field
though. but you can see players make huge mistakes, impatient to get all in
with 66 when he still had 60BB, and so on. The only problem is the structure
. It is called "deep" stack, but you are only "deep" at the begining of the
tourney. At the late stage, when we are down to 50 players, average stack
has only 10BB. For example, when there were 15 left, average stack is 1,000,
000, and blinds are 40,000/80,000. I I had 1.3 million and lose AT to AQ. I
def think i had edge over the remaining players, but what can you do when
you wake up with AT at the cutoff.
The most +EV game is the satellite to wsop main event, especially $550 sat.
Many senior men and women and tourist want to give a shot for the main event
. many of them have no clue how to play poker. Sigh, due to the time
limitation, I can only play one satellite.

发帖数: 9164 | 4 Very nice. yeah. I agree if you have a decent edge in these tourney, you
still can not get too much from these fishes. I agree cash game is not as
good as before, usually on 5-10NL or over, mainly 7-8 regs are playing
againt 1-2 fishses. You can still get some decent action on 2-5 though.
