1) dusty published most of the content on cardplayer in series already;
2) without online, this business is shrinking huge;
piracy copies must be everywhere though.

it seems all these poker related business will shrink a lot after BF,
like poker book, training site, poker ads etc.
Hopefully online poker will get legalized soon, we can see any boom
then.
