没有哪个pro没有输光过至少一次的经历，它们至少比咱bankroll还厚，心理素质强，
大场面见得多吧？
连现在如日中天的durrrr，2007年夏天把3M输到1M，也想过是不是收关，把这剩下的钱
存到银行，然后去干个什么正常职业。
badbeat其实不可怕，怕的是没了自信，输光了也不可怕，咱们也没有倾家荡产的赌。
牌运太差，站起来就走的本事绝对要有，没有poker god，没有报仇。
bankroll management也确实有道理，在一张桌子上，不要玩超过5%的，当手气好，毛
驴多的时候看，也许很保守，不过回头背运时想想，多少人的血泪经验。

再说一个大名鼎鼎的人吧，scotty nguyen，70年代初从越南逃出来，一文不名，靠打
扑克，80年代初已经是百万富翁(相当于现在千万吧)，挥金如土，几百块的顶级牛排吃
两口就扔。在LV凯撒住都是总统套房，玩女人无数...却连一分钱都没有给过他还在越
南受苦，没饭吃的家人。
结果也许是真有上帝吧，还不是扑克上帝，呵呵，让他一个bad run统统输光。输到他
无家可归，厚着脸皮去找他一个从来都没正眼看过的兄弟，人家只是个普通养家糊口的
人，他管人借钱(能有多少钱？)...但是严厉的骂了他一顿以后，还是给了点。
scotty nguyen不管今天有多少钱，都是从这点微薄的债上翻的身，可以说他从那以后
的为人也翻了身。
输了不要紧，你只要能相信自己有比一般人高的基础，痛定思痛，找出提高的空间(任
何人都有，不过往往让bad beats悲观情绪掩盖了)，纯扑克技术上是这样，管理财务，
情绪控制也都是这样。
俺自己以前恶赌几通宵，清晨无人回家的路上，凉风习习，无比寂寞后悔，在路边加油
站实在困得不行，怕再开车非送了命不可，不得以打个盹...那种滋味，俺

to affect it. Looking at my poker history, I played too many hands, tried to
bluff too many times, called down way too many pots with second-best hands,
gave too little credit to perceived fishes, had too much ego and fancy play
syndromes. I have to say, having a downswing alone all by myself is making
my life miserable. I need to relax and have a life outside poker.

扑克可以是生活中很好的补充，问题只是控制。目标是什么？
输多了可以玩小的，5分1毛有点娱乐，也比打游戏强不是？技术有欠缺，看看training
videos或者旁观高手之间的较量也是免费娱乐。
收手其实也正常，那天俺好像给谁说过，没准再玩一两年俺就歇了，本来也没指望着这
个发财(心理素质不够)，生活中其他的乐趣多了。目前俺也就是把它当个小part time
job，挣点小钱，图个乐，所以整天在micro stakes不亦乐乎，竞争水平低嘛，所以稍
微搞搞，一天平均下来几十块，一个月一千，也不累不操心。

Do not say so. It is easier to catch up comparing with other games, such as
golfing, chessing. For example: No one can compete seriously by chessing in
one year.
Online is a wrong place to play poker.-----No online poker, majority players
do not have chance to play it. And no way for multi-tabling, and catch up
quickly.
From my experience, if you take poker seriously, one year(to 2 years) is
good enough for you changing from losing player to winning player.

With your way, you will not lose money.
With your way, you will not improve in a short period of time.
Because I take a lot of physical education classes recently. I know the
feeling. If you always lift low weights, you will not improve at all, but
the benefit is that you will never hurt yourself.
Because I am old now, I choose a much safe way to lift weight.
If I were 5 years younger, I will push to my limits, it is suppose to be

big) in me.
as i read so many pros' stories, 3 years is like a cutoff line, you either
become one big winner or you never will. i guess for me, i'll be where i am
now for looooong time, eat like a bird, suck (hopefully) not like an
elephant, lol.
yeah, for my current play, it's really hard for me to go broke with my tiny
roll, and i can pretty much win little here and there consistently. i get
badbeats but with short buy

打必输的地步.
今年总的来说还是输的, 而且还输了不少.
poker bad beat 总是有的, 但我觉得头几次 bad beat 自己心态还好, 但多几次被人
drew out , 输了很多钱后, 无形中自己的心态的确起了变化. 表现在不该 loose 的情
况下变得很 loose, 看牌多了, chase draw 也多了, 而在自己 ahead 的情况下又变的
很 timid, 不敢放钱进去, 拍被又一次 draw out. 总之 play way out of my style,
pretty much messed up.
我的办法是我要停止打一段时间. 感觉自己心态坏了, 在一个大黑洞里, 爬不出来,信
心全无. 这种情况下干什么事都得砸锅. 或者我会把打牌次数减到一个月打一次, 每次
buy-in 不超过 300. 基本在我经济承受范围之内. 受重伤之后, 就得疗伤. wish

for live games (mostly before i started to play online), i still run under
overall. for online, i only started to be on the small positive side since
mid of last year.
i know how i play when 心态坏了, just like your feelings. actually in live,
i got lucky a few times when i was more like gambling (when down big), and
came back... however, in the long run, luck can't sustain.
