if caught, unless you tell them to close exsiting one and then open a new
one.
use your friend's address (bank account, etc.) to open one, but you play.

poker themselves or they are so scared of me "gambling". :(

addresses a few times, so easy to create another new one. FTP can't be sure
"they"'re the same person even if he uses the same name (i.e., not wife's),
i guess.

and all your money on the account can be confiscated.
