you can flop a fullhouse right? The rest is not important with another

Second hand he called my reraise and call my all in after flop.

it happens to me several time. everytime i play very good poker for several
hundred hands and make one buy-in. Then something like this happens, cost me

s no big deal at all:
1) i almost never play more than 1.5 buy-ins, and i only buy-in medium, 60BB
or so (so i only play a relatively short stack), so even donks got lucky,
they won't hurt me much. chris fugerson's experiment (built a bankroll from
0 to $10K) teaches me a good lesson, if you're on a tight roll, cash out
with a strict discipline;
2) i don't expect AA to win much in a session at all. i overbet (never do -

I am exclusively playing Rush NL 200 right now. I only buy in for $120,
which is 60BB. This is the stack I am most comfortable with. Based on two
reason:
1. If you play too short a stack, it is hard to see flop. Your range are
restricted to two high cards or big pair. Hands like suited connectors and
small pair become unplayabled even in position. And ppl tend to become
impatient and overplay high cards when they are short-stacked.
2. 60BB buy in i | s*********k 发帖数: 1989 | 5 last week, at RUSH, I have my AA cracked 5 times. The other two earn tiny
money. It is hard to believe FTP gives out random cards. | W********m 发帖数: 7793 | 6 Fryking is great, but let us not get carried away. This 60bb buy-in magic
number that we talked about so many times is not the reason why fryking beat
NL25 with ease. He beat the game because he use his notes exceptionally
well, better than any one of us. He read the hand well with his vast
experience, not because of 60bb buy in.
I think i have said this before, 60bb is the most awkward starting stack.
you give set farmer just more than enough odds to farm you and the
simplified play make it a

| T*********k 发帖数: 1621 | 7 I think how much the initial buy-ins is a personal perference. But I don't
agree with you full buy-in is the way to go even if you step down to lower
levels.
First of all, I played all three Rush levels: NL 50, 100, 200 , my personal
impression is there is not such player skill level gap like everyone
imagined. I even find NL 100 is harder to beat than NL200 and there are more
fish in NL 200. I made most money by playing NL200. I don't know how the
long term will go. But ppl will go broke if the

| T*********k 发帖数: 1621 | 9 Thanks for the advice, but I doubt I will play NL25 because I am sure I will
be a loser playing there. Here is why:
1. The stake is too small and I will become too careless with my money. I
will be the one fooling around there. Try some crazy bluff and lose $25 - $
30 in one hand is one thing, the dangrous part is you barely feel the pain,
but you do that 4 -5 time, the money add up and you burn your roll slowly
and when you finally realize it, it is already a lot.

| f*****g 发帖数: 15860 | 11 i never played NL100+ (and i'm a loser at NL100), but i do watch some NL200+
games on the side.
i tend to agree that NL100 may indeed have more decent players than NL200,
or the major portion of NL100 players or average skill level are tougher/
higher. NL200 looks to me like having two extreme types of players, those
grind and those gamble. if you have a decent skill, i won't be surprised
that you can make more in NL200.

| W********m 发帖数: 7793 | 12 Don't play this too much. Or it will damange your health. I totally agree
with you. my goal was only 50 ftp points a day when i was on NL 10. Now my
goal is 100 ftp points a day for iron man. Sometimes I go up to 200 ftp when
i have some extra time but that is about it. This does not affect my long
term goal or enjoyment at all.
It is very interesting about your approach with the game in different stake.
My biggest success turning from NL 10 to NL 25 is to translate the game
