checked on flop (678), i bet, he called. Then he bet on turn, i shove, he
called showing 45s....

i hate 3x with QQ pre, too small, and over play it post flop, not consistent
at all.

我QQ是在early position，3x算是standard raise，结果BB来了个12bb re-raise，i
put him on AA/KK/AKs，这种情况我比较郁闷，最后call了。re-raise/fold我觉得才
对，但是QQ确实是比较尴尬的hand。

EP: 5x with 99-QQ
MP: 4x
LP: 3x+ (depends on SB/BB styles)
don't bet "standard" 3x in EP and MP with QQ, it's too easy getting called
by someone in position, and there're so many scary flops to you.
3x with QQ, then most likely you'll at least call/bet sth. post flop, in
total, you pay a higher price with QQ than acting more aggressively earlier.
if you do the other way, it'll make your post flop decision easier and your
opponent's ranges smaller (again, just agains
