在一手NL Holdem 9-hand ring game里，你和1个对手heads-up，其他人都fold。出现
最大的pre-flop underdog的情况是什么牌？此时你赢面多大？
提示：
1.假定你 只 可以看到其他中 两人 fold掉的牌。
2.不考虑misdeal，牌少一张之类的情况。 |

死牌。就是两个人都有同一张。 而另一张比对方小。而小的这张又同对方那张大的时
同一个花色的。flushing 也死掉一种。
example. you have A heart J club. the other guy has A damond and 10 of
club.
A is a dead card for you and club flush is dead for you also.

number. there is the chance for a split pot also.
