last year FBI did something similar to a middle processor (Z-Inc or some
other name) in NV, but later all poker sites set up other processors to
continue business (they gave players some compensations for the delay too).
it's too easy to do so.
Account Services, Inc., who got caught this time, gets too greedy by
servicing FTP and PS, the two biggest sites. with thousands of checks issued
every month, it's just a matter of time for them to be shut

All real casinos will have online poker rooms.
I guess it is very hard to regulate it also.

FTP or PS, then some live casino sharks like Harrah's or MGM will partner
with them somehow. these few "licenced" and big sharks will kill all other
smaller "illegal" sites, even they don't, tough competition will do it for
sure, like now, FTP/PS gets at least 5 figure players online all the time,
yet all others strive to get 3000.
gov. will take a big share in profits (like in live casinos), they just don'
t know how yet.

seems like paper checks from a certain processor are bounced; player
will get full refund + 10% bonus back to their poker account.
new cash out can be made but the processing time is longer; there's
already some people claiming they got paper checks from new processor
and they are good.
people who cashed out using echeck (including me) are in a worse
situation. No one yet to either receive the money or get the refund.
There's no bonus for

bank) got cancelled, i got 1 for souvenir now, haha.

1) received and cashed, from a processor in FL;
2) received next day and was told it would bounce, FTP gave me another $100;
3) still on its way (to replace the 2nd one).

requests. All affected players have received appropriate compensation and we
do not anticipate any further issues.
