发帖数: 3277 | 3 that's actually a big difference between limit holdem and no limit holdem.
For limit, bluffs after a raise play a big role and cb is almost automatic,
for deep stack no limit poker, one should seek for good situations and the
preflop money invested isn't a big deal comparing with your deep stack.
It's like boxing, if you are tough, you can survive many small
attacks by opps and make only one hit that knocks your opp down. That's why
deep stack nl holdem is tough and profitable.

发帖数: 85 | 4 That's right about difference between limit and no limit. Playing deep stack
nl game is really tough. I only had 1 time experience of playing no-limited
cash game: that was in MGM vegas while I was waiting for Liu Dehua's
concert. That's totally for fun, and I made $500 on a 2-5 game. I remember
the key hand: I called a $20 raise with 24s, hit my gunshot on the turn and
doubled my stack up.... ^_^
