For both candidates, it needs to have strong java/j2ee and JS (JQuery
especially). One needs be a good actionscript developer and another need to
be a good Object-C developer. Understanding live video streaming such as FMS
/Red5/Wowza, ffmpeg, and rtmp/rtsp protocols will be definitely beneficial.
Local candidates only for now. After working in office for a couple of
months, you might be allowed to work from home for 3 - 4 days per week even
you are living locally.
