such game right next to cop's house for years:)
It is legal because that's what law says. Maybe that's the reason why there'
s no casino in Texas. Casino makes money on rakes.

But anyway, each of 1/3, 2/3 and 2/5 is structure for blinds. For example,
1/3 means small blind is 1 and big blind is 3.
