我可能会去medical center （还没找工作，不过生物薄厚多半如此）。买房预算大概3
，4 十万的样子。我们有一个三岁娃。我开车水平很差，不太能上高速。本来想在
bellaire/west u/Braes height 买房，但看了一下，实在是太贵了。而且，看版上讨
论，住在这个区，好像小孩以后要上私校才好，又要花不少钱。去了一趟sugarland,真
是喜欢那里的环境和方便的生活。好像小孩以后上学，学校和环境很好 （中国人多）
。不知道如果买在sugarland，坐公车上下班方便吗？大家给出出主意吧。另外，能不
呢个给推荐一个熟悉bellaire/west u/Braes height 和sugarland的中介呢？多谢大家

You can take it from the AMC theater next to First Colony Mall or from UH
Sugar Land at University Blvd.
I am not sure how long it takes but I know quite a few people taking those
buses.

take about 30-40 minutes. 我可帮你买房啊。 |

发帖数: 458 | 10 即使开车技术好，可是单程也要花40分钟，一年就300多个小时。如果住的近，一年可
以省200个小时，相当于将近一个月的工作时间。多划算啊。 |

only for the appreciation of your house in the future, but also for the
quality of life by saving a hour per day..... So I suggest you find a good
and close area, even if you pay a bit more right now. |

发帖数: 333 | 14 Sure it also depends on a family's income --- whether it is affordable or
not. I tend to think many Chinese are quite conservative when it comes to
define what is affordable :-) Most Chinese families are far better off
than average American families. Anyway, just my two cents.
