这个陪审团最终的12人是从老百姓当中选出来的，如果陪审员都按照感情来，那Casey
肯定逃不掉。但这些老百姓还是很理智，摒弃情感，遵循理智，着眼于evidence。这些
陪审员都说并不是说她没罪，只是没有足够的证据说她有罪，无奈啊，所以也只有愤怒
了。无他。
Jennifer Ford, a 32-year-old nursing student who was juror #3, told ABC News
, "I did not say she was innocent," but also, "I just said there was not
enough evidence. If you cannot prove what the crime was, you cannot
determine what the punishment should be." She said that the jurors were "
sick to their stomachs" over the decision to deliver a "Not Guilty" verdict
and that it overwhelmed them to the point where they did not want to talk to
reporters afterwards.
Juror #2, a 46-year-old male who requested to stay unidentified, told the St
. Petersburg Times that "everybody agreed if we were going fully on feelings
and emotions, she was done". He stated that a lack of evidence was the
reason for the not guilty verdict saying, "I just swear to God ... I wish we
had more evidence to put her away. I truly do ... But it wasn't there." He
also said that Anthony was "not a good person in my opinion". | r****9

以这个罪名再起诉了。等于就是逍遥法外了，这个才是公众愤怒的原因。

发帖数: 5391 | 7 好象情况不是一致同意，六比六，所以不能定罪。另外因为是DEATH PENALTY，有人觉
得不能决定，就如Juror #3.
