发帖数: 35 | 5 也不一定平击回去,毕竟成功率不高。正手回上旋不难,拍子举高点,像windshield
wiper那样刷球回过去。刷的时候注意手臂pronate,follow through要长要充分。

方说，很少有人的反手上旋能像正手一样好。 你能更经常地调到他反手么。还有很少
有人能在大范围跑动中打出高质量的上旋。 上旋好的人通常低短球处理是弱项。 能主
动短球诱他上网么。
也许现在有70%的时候他能舒舒服服地打正手强上旋。 你要能把这个比例降到60，甚至
更低，就相对容易些。
要是他就明显比你厉害，基本是他主导着球路，那你就有很多方面要长进才行。

It is easier to return Top Spin with Top Spin. To me, it is not as same as
becoming a moon baller so you can return moon ball with moon ball. Top Spin
is safe and powerful shot. You have to have and should use on most of you
shots. It is a long term investment, but it will pay off. Understanding
this, next time people hit Top Spin to you, you just think "great, thank you
! Another chance to help me improve this". That may help you instantly, so
you are calm and relaxed. That is half of the battle there.
2. Options
I feel I have more option returning top spin, on the rise, hit at the top,
and wait til it drop. Each has it own up and downs, mainly depends on the
depth of shot. A top spin land inside the court, I prefer to hit at the top,
go on offensive. A very deep top spin, I prefer to hit on the rise before
the top spin jump too high. Regular rally ball, you can let it drop into
your favorite contact zone. But you need to make the decision quick and
stick with it.
3. Watch the ball
Top spin balls travel faster vertically that other balls in your contact
zone. You really have to watch and TRACK the ball. Use your left arm to
help you to track the ball. That is probably another half the battle.
4. Take Back
This really helped me. Your take back will need to be different based on
how you return. You need a higher take back when you return high balls. It
sounds so simple, but I was not doing it or not doing it enough. I used to
hate high bounce balls even it is very short. Now, I cannot wait for a
short high bounce ball.
5. Deep Fast ball with tons of Top Spin.
There is almost no cure for that. If he keep hit that to you, bravo to him,
he is just a little better. Your best bet is don't let him make that shot
as much as he wish. I am a top spin guy. Top spin guys love to have tons
of time to make a big swing to create this monster. So you need to keep the
balls away from him and let him run a little, so he does not have time.
6. Worst enemy.
Beside its hard for him to hit offensive top spin with little time. It is
very hard to return low ball with great top spin. so you may want to slice
more than usual.
Charge the net, will also take away time from him, if you are good at double
and good at net.
Most people like to charge the net and run me around to stay away from my

我刷回去的球落点都比较浅，容易被制胜分

发帖数: 1030 | 12 这哥们比较奇葩，反手是强力下旋，还带着侧旋，击球点不好控制。对付旋转球是我的
弱点，唉
他还很能跑，NB起来各种神奇，但是稳定性不好，SB起来也是各种无语。
