但是落地前大道permanent fixture就算service fault了
但是rally的话，打到单打post没关系，但是碰到双打post，就算out了
单打post以外的网都算作permanent fixture
特殊情况是，如果单打，但没有单打post，那这个时候大道双打post就没关系，整个网
都算作单打网
