1. 如果建队at level人数够，但候补不够，有的比赛弄不好会有default，USTA的规定
怎样？几次有啥惩罚？
2. 费用方面，队员交的USTA队费，USTA有给队里任何赞助吗？还是场地，球，饭都是
从队员那里另外弄齐的？

Generally no penalty as long as you have the minimum allowed players
registered in your team. For adult 3.0 to 4.5, it's 8.
One example: zhanglaosan played in a match which his team won by 5-0,
all from default.
There will be some stipend if your team advances to nationals. Otherwise,
you can use public courts to save money or try to play more 客场，where
other than the court fee, others are usually covered by the 主队。

till all matches over then sign the paper.
I prefer finish then disappear to save time. if one match going on and on
and on, you need to be there till the end!

发帖数: 3046 | 5 40+ season只有1单2双5个人，我看能不能找到至少四五个强的建队。在弱队里打不太
过瘾，强队又人满进不去。费用现在都是一次收齐了，不是队长不知道具体花销，那我
有点概念了，谢谢。

Do more marketing and make the strong players feel they will have a good
season. They will then be willing to pay.
总体来说，如果是强队队长的工作压力更大，趣味性不如当中、弱队队长。后者可以
更加发挥人肉作用，大家也更容易have fun，还会觉得你是好队长。
