对我这种人来说，这种事情发生的概率太小了。不过我觉得大家也一定都会有手感特别

come. You'll just have to keep it up, and continue the search. =)

But high standard is good for improvement!

When you are in the zone, you feel invincible. Sometimes you just gotta
believe and be confident. Confidence is build on hard practice though. =)

你得先尝试到这感觉，这样你练习时才可以去摸索寻找这感觉了。technical form 只
是摸索寻找中的一个tool.

coz I know why I felt good. I had good footwork and stayed low today which
made my strokes more consistent.
so feeling good alone is not enough but never feeling good is not a good
start.

到SWEET POINT， 你感觉非常好，接下来，你会本能的去寻找这种感觉，并且慢慢积
累，时间久了，基本上就都能打到SWEET POINT 上了 。 而楼主说的感觉，更像是一种
状态，比如刚好昨晚睡的很好，今天精神特别好，打起来也更加顺手。

I am pretty sure since I sleep well in more than 1 day in 1 year. =)
somehow it sounded like the second kind?
of course the wind helped too today.

因，接下来不断的重复练习，直到形成肌肉记忆。
