明显的Wist Lay Back的动作，然后Snap,这是Power和Spin的源泉。 |

发帖数: 11850 | 4 作这个动作的时候要小心，我以前双反作这种动作的时候，经常右手猛用力下撇，导致
左手腕被向后撇，会疼很久。。。要看左右手分别是怎么握的

there's more than one way to hit a ball with power and consistency. That
said, the wristy swing is trendy for both forehand and backhand these days
for generating more spin.

With two hands, there just seems to be more variation than the forehand.

因为光靠左手能引拍的程度有限，而且一不小心就丢form，容易像老太太买菜。。
右臂向左夹紧引拍幅度最大

现在的教练基本都是这样教双反的，拍头drop很多。去年那会我那教练要我把拍子降到
小腿那，当时我觉得挺奇怪的。
