yes, rated events, plus u can always add women's open, or women's U4.0.
usatt.org does exactly thing.

U3.0 or U2.5..
tennis is a kind of sports which females can compete with males
in amateur level.

no, actually, i have never so far played a single match against a
female player.
tennis match takes way too long, not interested in playing tennis
tournaments.
