2. Upper arm pain in the tricep tendon (to the elbow) area in both sides of
the upper arm the next day.
3. Applying ice-pack for 5 days, the pain was gone.
4. Rest for another week, play a doubles match. The arm was painful like
hell, but tough through the match.
5. Applying ice that evening, no more pain the next day, but the arm seems
weak.
