long as you understand the main thing, it is fine.
This is just like a simple game plan. It is a must-know knowledge for the
pro. Even previously when I was in soccer/badminton/pingpong school teams,
we had to take some 理论 classes to learn those knowledge. So I am very sure
every pro even every college player knows more.

because you don't know which level your opponent is playing for the next
point, things can change with points and games.
anyway this is more fun to watch tennis game, not merely the techniques.

strokes, cross court=high percentage, down the line=low percentage. I feel
FYB just makes it too complicated. In real world, who thinks that much?
Better to make it simple.
