这次周日跑完,周一浑身酸痛,走还成.自己预计用一两个星期就可以恢复了.周二早上起
床,发觉酸痛没了一大半,下午迫不及待找洪帅哥打球,结果没空.晚上无聊,就毅然去了
gym,举了30分钟铁,小跑了3 miles,做了20分钟stretch和abs.回到家,酸痛全部消失.这
次竟然用了一天半就变回人形了,与去年简直是天壤之别呀~~ 明天约了洪帅哥打球,看
又会被扁成怎样...
看来是越老越强壮了.争取以后跑完马拉松时,第二天就可以恢复.那么到其他地方跑完,
还可以找当地球友切磋一下... |

135 miles? I even feel sleepy when I drive such distance.
I prefer to be a couch potato to watch people doing that. Ouch, maybe even
watching makes me feel tired...

was 110 outside... I nearly died stepping out of the airport.
Run 135 miles in 130F weather, oh did you get the part about running from
85m below sea level to 2548m above sea level?!
Insane... So there you go - this is your next challenge.

So there's your answer right there - if you want to improve endurance,
remove your toenails!
