tennis, but since we are all just recreational players - go try something
else.
Not everyone can be so dedicated to just one thing. I know I certainly
couldn't do that.
It helps to have a goal - can be very specific like, I want to reach USTA 4.
5, or something more general like, I want to improve my 1st serve % and
placement. Or you can do what Kenny does and buy cheap used rackets and
pretend that you are McEnroe :D |

Competition and variation is the key to keep you refreshed.

groundstrokes or do you play matches?
Usually one loses interest in tennis is either because he couldn't find
better player to compete with or he couldn't improve.

的问题所在和弱点，最好通过比赛去印证自己的进步和更一步的问题在那里。 |
