restring it at a lower tension. It can easily cause tennis elbow. |

I just sent my racket to be strung at 68 lbs, I really hope it's not
too tight. The recommended range is 65-75, ft, never saw so high tension.
I used to string at 58 lbs.

I did not feel too much different than when it was 80 degrees outside.
Maybe because I use Kevlar strings?

Old racquet, 80's, for some reason, recommend very high string. Don't know
the reason. Probally different string used around that time.

't know what that really meant and whether the racquet was strung at 75lbs.
I did manage to break several racquets that way. Those good old days.
