if he was not in their same level.
He is definitely all-around, good at almost all the skills, no
obvious weakness, maybe his serve is NOT 5.0 due to his 5.8 height,
but his serve is very consistent with a lot of spins. |

USTA联赛什么的都不用打了，大家拍个正反手，发球10下什么的，给贴到youtube上较
个高低。估计以后ATP,四大满贯，还有ITF什么都搞这个，选手们也省的长途旅行，直
接发录像。倘若如此，强烈推荐KD去干评委这份很有前途的职业。

classes and pass all of them, plus some assistant coach experience.
1750 in TT would be equal to tennis 4.0+ or 4.5-
i am about 5.0 in table tennis.
my goal in tennis would reach to a decent 4.0 player before i switch to
squash/
badminton so that i can be in top100 in the world for racketlon in my age
group.

乒乓球队少体校13岁左右，很多就直接进了国家集训队，就是和省专业队的一个水平，

be equal to 4.0 in tennis.
We have to put this in perspective that US is the strongest in tennis, but
probably very weak in TT. 4.0 league is about the strongest recreational
players in US, and has to be compared with strongest recreational players in
China in TT. I would not think 1750 TT can claim to be a strong rec player
in TT in China.
I think 2000 is about the same level as 4.0. 2200 is about 5.0 as both

most powerful tennis country in terms of depth and numbers.
During the dark age of Chinese TT we can still say that China is the #1 TT country,

are 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0, same as TT: the most popular range in TT at
USA is 1350-1750.
So what i said makes sense:

i was actualy surprised to see so many players starting tennis in
their 20s, 30s or 40s reached 4.0+, that was 1850+ in TT, not easy
at all, but it is possible. |

2 possibilities:
1. he did not play seriously with us
2. he dropped his level to 4.5 due to 10 years older, gained some
weights as he said etc.
but i am glad i get one hour chance to play against him each week. |

be higher than tennis levels, but look at this board:
the TT board, the chair is about 1750, so 3.5 in tennis, there are
not many guys (very few) over 1800 there, how come we have so many strong 4.

please notice it was an event called U1200, means all the guys are less
than 1200, if you are exact 1200, u could not enter event U1200, guys
could play as 800 level in this event, but if it is final, normally
both guys should be above 1000.

not reflect the real level.
If the video above reflects the real level, then I think I should
be 1200 or more and 1200 should be similar to NTRP 3.0 (for
Americans. For Chinese, it's more like 1500 is 3.0.)

spins, you got to read the spins well.

the first video u posted was playing TT more like tennis, more drives
not much spin, the 1500 level had a lot more spin serves..

guy in the 2nd video (possibly easily), if the first video
is not a highlight.
What I meant was if there is a USATT system in China, then
the % of Chinese people who reach 1500 would be similar to
the % of Americans who reach 1200.
To me, TT is too hard to defend. Unlike tennis, very few
low level TT people can sustain a 20+ stroke rally. Also,
it's not physical enough. I can be beaten by a 70 year old
easily in TT, but in tennis, almost n
