束就碰到档网了。还砰的一下。颇有成就感。 成功的发球上网还弄了不少成功的半截
击。立刻觉得自己很Sampras. :-)
但是落点控制更加难了， 发球伪装性具备了顶尖高手的特质，， 连我自己都不知道我
的发球落点会在哪里， 更别说我的对手了。just kidding. 唉。
其实发球依旧很烂，关键时候的二发有ACE也有double faults， 当然double faults更
加多。
因为自己发现即使减慢球速发二发，一样的失误，所以还就继续猛力刷球，希望
topspin落网成功率高些，结果二发的球常常比一发还快 （还是没有掌握稳定的
topspin ).
唉，啥时候才能掌握稳定的二发啊。 |

他的一发也是很快， 一弹触网。
锻炼胳膊肌肉到是蛮有帮助的， 以前我的发球也都是二弹到网。 后来专门锻炼胳膊的
肌肉，然后忽然发现了pronation的技巧，发球立即暴力了。 |

发帖数: 1652 | 8 发球触网和风很有关系。有一天顺风，怎么发都一弹触网；如果没有风，我一发一般都
不会触网。
我以前也是根本不会控制落点，但目前就做得不错了，所以偶尔还来一两个ACE，发球
致胜球就比较多。多打就会好。
还有发球一定得控制双误数量。双误送分，自己郁闷，对手也不很爽。 |

比如昨天双打完了以后单打抢七，我8：6赢了第一个，然后3：7输了第二个。

My point is the fluent flow of your serve motion is the key no matter what
conditions out there. My second serve used to be sick to my stomach but
after hard working and paying great attention to my serve motion, I refused
the double fault and p**** like serve.
Yes, factors like wind gust, sun light, reflex of lights at night,etc, do
affect your games. Is that part of the beauty of this game? But if you do
the right thing, these factors won't count sub

You must have really good serves, probably one of the best here.
I think wind does affect the speed of the serve, especially amateur 2nd
serve.
We are talking about "one-touch-to-fence", not winning games, though.

One-bounce-to-fence is not that hard, even though it's very hard for me. A
couple of Chinese friends here can do that regularly. Can you show your
video of your first serve? Not many videos hear clearly show one-bounce-to-
fence.

honest with you, all my serves are kick ones. So ppl here might laugh at my
one-bounce-to-fence serve since it's literally kinda downward top spin
forehand. I remember couple days I did post a kick serve there and could be
close to one-bounce one.

I served 30 balls just now (I tried my best to generate pace): only one
barely touched the fence, and most of them were 1 foot away. Not bad, I
think I improved.
No wind, BTW.
It won't be too far when I can do that regularly - and I will show video
