大的区别是打网球时需要经常锁紧手腕,而打羽毛球在任何时候手腕都应该是松的。所以
只要不是打完一样接着打另一样,就没问题。
当然,打多了网球,羽毛球的网前小球感觉要差一点,但这本来就不是我的强项,所以根
本不在乎。

They are very similar sports and even similar to table tennis.
If you have enough warm-up work, you will never get hurt from badminton,
tennis, table tennis or what-so-ever. Most of my friends they don't pay too
much attention to warm-up exercise. At the beginning when the body temperature
is still low, they play too hard and easily get hurt.
