应该是正手握拍？反手？还是大陆式？这样在判断以后才能最快的速度换到所需要的握
拍方式。有什么固定的说法吗？还是看各自习惯的说。。。 |

). If the opponent had a really strong serve, then I use continental to
block on the forehand and to chip or block on the backhand and body shots.

and help to control. |

发帖数: 45 | 4 Most pros use continental when returning first serve. Since first serves are
usually flat and fast, block the ball into the court is more practical than
trying to hit a really good return. Also it is easier to adjust grip to
either eastern or western (both fh and bh).
For second serves, many use their normal forehand grip because you can see
the ball better and adjust your position and hit a good return.
