Real estate agents always say, it is a good time to buy.
Hourse hater always say, the current house price will crash.
My take is that, if you have a urgent need to own a house and your job is
stable, it is a good time to buy now. Otherwise, you can always wait. IMHO,
the house price won't increase in near future unless the superinflation
comes. But in a inflation, my first priority is to get a job. |
