f*******l 发帖数: 8811	1 footnote本来应该是在页底，但figure 一般也是摄制成 tbp,有时候也跑到页底，而且居然在footnote下面。这符合规范么？我用的ieee transaction 的魔板，怎么觉得不对。应该怎么改过来？
