the most telling part is this sentence: "而且商务部此前也发表声明表示尚未收
到腾中重工的有关申请。"
I bet you this is a PR play by 腾中重工, and I hope their purchase agreement
requires no upfront payment by 腾中重工 and doesn't obligate 腾中重工 to
some efforts in initiating the application process.
the Chinese government made the right decision. |
