I live in Boston so I know little about shopping in Taiwan--besides I am a
man.
Nowadays a consumer is a king or a queen. Now that you ask, I did some
research for you.
It turns out that ordering or shipment from abroad is rare in Taiwan (
shipment to 離島 islands under Taiwan control is not done; shipment within
the main island of Taiwan only).
However there are a few which do receive orders and ship abroad, whose
merchandise are limited.
