My comment: Xiamen and Kinmen (aka--short for "also known as"--Quemoy) is
divided by waters of kilometers wide. A trip by ferry will take 20 minutes.
It is hard to reconcile that with a trip by boat from Quemoy to City of
Taichung, which is at least 100 miles (or 160 km) apart. |

以才会有最后那一句。要是有了金厦大桥，时间就省更多了，不过金厦大桥还属于科幻题材。 |

If you do mean Kinmen (Quemoy), it has no money. The funding must come from
(Taiwan) Legislature, which is at odds with the Ma administration.
