我 2010/10 F1->OPT->H1B，我们是去年结婚的。
我算resident还是non-resident。看了pub 519还是不清楚。
请大家指教啊。
我们打算married joint file，这样能多退税。
我准备好了4868了。能寄吗？ |

SO you two, if file jointly, are resident for tax purposes.

extension会被reject吗？

Since you got married last year and your ld is resident alien for tax
purpose, then you are eligible to claim married file jointly. |

if you owe tax.
