我是第一买房,因为买在学区好的地方,朋友想以租我们房的名义上我们学区的学校。
朋友肯定不来我们家住,只是签个LEASE给学校看,然后给我们付些钱。
我其实很不想收钱,觉得真不太好。但家里也能我一个说了算,老公坚持要收。而且担
心租房的收入报税比较麻烦,可能还会影响首次买房8000退税等问题。
请问如果我们出租的话,报税应该注意什么???

Q. If I claim the first-time homebuyer credit for a purchase in 2009 and
stop using the property as my principal residence before the 36 month period
expires after I purchase, how is the credit repaid and how long would I
have to repay it?
A. If, within 36 months of the date of purchase, the property is no longer
used as your principal residence, you are required to repay the credit.
