本人现在在US(F1), 我几个月前联系了一个瑞士公司实习，经过了漫长的等待，终于那
边公司给我发了两个确认表格，一个是Office of Economy of Labor， 一个是移民局
， 还说 your Visa is ready to be picked up了。
我就疑惑了，难道我不用填任何表格，直接去拿签证就好了？
下面这段话好像说又要填一个表(type D)

Work Visa for US-citizens and other nationals for which an authorization has
been given directly in Switzerland
If your employer has applied for your work permit in Switzerland and it has
been granted, you still must apply for a visa to enter Switzerland with the
competent Swiss representation abroad. To apply for the visa, you must
submit the following documents to the competent Swiss representation:
One national (type D) visa application form, fully completed and signed
by the applicant. For stays up to 3 months or authorisations for a 120 day
visa, the regular Schengen visa application form should be used. 这句话不是
很懂， 像我这样四个月的到底要填几个表？ type D and regular Schengen? 难道三
个月之内的才要填regular Schengen, 好像四个月的反而要少填一个表？
Applications which are not duly completed, dated and signed will not be
accepted. Please also indicate your e-mail address and a contact phone
number in case additional information is required.
另外：
因为离瑞士领馆很远， 我准备用mail寄送，从我寄出那天起，大概需要多久我才能拿
到签证？ 因为我要准备定机票，并把准备把机票确认一起寄过去。（因为我F1过期，
然后离开瑞士不回美国，直接回中国。）

发帖数: 3441 | 3 恩，不知到你的情况，我当时是用工作邀请和合同申请签证（进入瑞士用），到瑞士后
，然后在去办resident permit （这个以后出入瑞士也用这个），就不在需要签证了。 | m*******r

从材料寄过去到拿到visa一般是1-2周吧

Application by mail:
-original passport
-visa application form, filled out, dated and signed (for minor children,
both parents should sign) http://www.eda.admin.ch/eda/en/home/reps/nameri/vusa/ref_visinf/visusa.html (right column)
-2 original passport pictures
-1 copy of your passport (and copy of valid US green card/US visa if
applicable)
-visa fee: $81.00 - cash or money order to "Consulate General of Switzerland
" only. The visa fee is subject to change anytime. Please check the website
for the current fee before you send the visa documentation.
-please include either a prepaid envelope from a secure carrier (such as
FedEx, UPS) or an additional $20.00 (cash or money order only) for the FedEx
return fee (FedEx 2 Day).
Application in person (required for California residents only):
-original passport
-application form, filled out, dated and signed (for minor children, both
parents should sign) http://www.eda.admin.ch/eda/en/home/reps/nameri/vusa/ref_visinf/visusa.html (right column)
-2 original passport pictures
-1 copy of your valid passport (and copy of your valid US green card/US visa
if applicable)

order made out to the "Consulate General of Switzerland." The visa fee is
