器材控们最需要的我看是water proof,功能上能beat garmin的apple watch。
而且不光帅哥美女,最好能把最大的群体,减肥群体;和最舍得花钱的群体,药罐子们
包括进来。

great exercise for Tennis elbow. You may know it. just in case, you have
not tried it. Put a thick rubber bend like the one they use for Asparagus
over all five fingers. Then open five fingers, open and close. It works on
the small muscle that open your hand to keep your muscle in balance. Also,
just open you fingers as much as you can also help, bend them out almost
backwards.
TE are from overusing muscle that hold racquet in your hand too tight. This
will balance it out and make other muscle stronger.
I think my real problem caused TE is hitting the balls too late, but
that is hard to correct. :) Need Prepare early, by getting to the ball early
, by seeing the ball early, by running faster, by light feet, by lossing
weight, by eating less.. what did you say? Sxxx, fxxx that... I am 器材控
。。。 Rubber Bend it is.. haha.
