I never charge people with private lesson before so I have no idea. If you
are not a true begginer, I would be happy to take a look at your strokes
since we all live in the bay area.

because swimming should be fun and not hard work.

One must learns how to float before swim....^_~
BASIC FRONT CRAWL/FREESTYLE. LESSON
The pool water level should be between waist high and chest high
This informal lesson plan should be adjusted according to the skill and
progress of each individual
Please ensure playing/practice time at the end of lesson for the children so
it is not all work and no play
Google any terms that you are not familiar with so you know what it looks it.

发帖数: 559 | 18 It all depends on how old is the kid. 姿势 is important. Most people will improved over time with regular practices if they join a swimming group/club. Practice makes perfect.

can he/she do and what would you like to accomplished? Do you want the kid
swim well or you expect the kid to swim in competition?
