While Morningstar increased its fair value for NVIDIA to $90 a share, the
analyst said he thinks the stock is “materially overvalued” at current
levels and implies “complete dominance over all hardware segments of AI as
well as the autonomous vehicle opportunity.” A better play, according to
the analyst, is Intel Corp. if there is any pullback in the stock given it
has a broader AI portfolio, wrote Davuluri.
