control $32B new company.
GE will pay $17 per share for BHI holder, so current price for BHI is like
close to $40/share. seems good price.
BHI get cash support in the future to pass the oil winter while GE used
small amount of money to play big role in oil/gas industry.
Seems a win win.
GE is telling others, if you think any section from this company is dragging
the stock price, I could spin it out, i.e. Finance, i.e. Oil/gas.whatever
will boost the stock price, they will do that. |
