nowadays each bank has its own way to hedge so it's not that easy to tell

2 is roughly the duration for deposits, 10 is for loans/assets
this spread used to be an effective measurement but many banks have their
own ways to hedge now
btw the spread is really low at 1.3%, which is really bad for profit margin
