Tiered按照月累计交易量计算，包括IB佣金，交易所费用，清算费，交易费等等，最后
加到一起。
你那个费用是不是只是IB收的Commission，其他费用单算啊？如果是这样的话，最后算
下来Tiered不便宜吧。 |

mean $100 difference, which is a lot more than the commission fee no matter
if you use fixed or tiered pricing, in this case you want immediate
execution.
In the smart routing option, I normally leave it as "prefer rebate".
