probably not O.K. to buy its own company's stock.
If he is independent, it really does not matter.

So a professor in a university could do whatever, even if he knows something that is not public.

如果通过不了药检一切都是浮云。
而且那个公司发现有这样的新药很可能去买下来。
这样的内容就去short那个公司不太理智
这种也不算inside trading |
