我希望强制保险，因为急诊室被强制收病人，钱是算税金的，还得我交。
如果我不用被强制救人的话，要么急诊室不用被强制收病人，要么所有人都把这个钱交
了。
当然这样有点理想化，最后一定是不了了之。 |
