可能会有两种情况：
1）基金经理因为基金表现落后大盘太多，会在3月被迫加仓，以避免季报的时候难看。
因此大家会在三月看到现在的领先股发飙，发大飙
2）基金经理联合对冲基金在3月把大盘砸下去，这样基金的表现也不会太难看
1)的可能性大很多
反正3月份不会这样平静了 |

that it only happens while market is up. When the market declines, they will
increase the volalitity and make the drop sharp and deep.
