上一次MS的有个分析师也参加了，他问了你问的问题。CEO说了他认为在NYSE Listing
好，严格（注：XIN是中国房地产商在NYSE唯一一家，另一个CHLN在名声一般的NASDAQ
，是RTO转板）。
我们已经看到很多私有化的公司。也许他们会到别处上市，再经过一个过程。我认为
XIN的CEO有自信心，基本面好可信度高，Valuation总会体现出来。

Most of in the Chinese listed companies are fake, this one might be real
1) They are the real estate business, every projects/ASP(average sales price
could be independently verify). Overall, you have to believe real estate
companies in china should be profitable.
2) They paid a dividend last year and intended to pay a quarterly dividend
this year
3) They initial a 10 million buy back program and almost finish it.
They might cook the book, but the chance should be smaller and less sever
then other chinese companies, the stock was depressed because some American
think the chinese real estate market will crash.
Of course, every investment has its own risk. I suggest you do your own DD
before investing.
