Fusion-io, Inc. (NYSE: FIO), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities
and Exchange Commission to sell, from time to time, up to $350 million of
its common stock. Of the total, Fusion-io will sell about $100 million, and
shareholders will be selling the rest.
Fusion-io will not receive proceeds from the sale by shareholders.
