Translate: If you sit on an underwater mortgage that you cannot afford
and yet still wanna get a second mortgage on top of it then you are a
hero trying to save this eCONomy with more borrowing and spending. If
you somehow wanna cut down on spending to pay the mortgage back then
you are a selfish bastard hurting the eCONomy.
