2. 在国内用IB的，网速怎么样啊，会不会卡，他家的trading platform用着流畅不？
3. 最近Scottrade老是关键时刻断网，相当不给力啊，损失惨重，这也是我想换broker
的主要原因，IB怎么样？
4. 有没有啥推荐码之类的，给几次免费交易？
5. 如果将来回国了，客服方便么，比如想打个电话咨询啥的麻烦不？

According to 1040NR instructions, if you presented in the united states less than 169 days(you should check the instruction's section for income not connected with US source to make sure the number of days are right) and you are not a green card holder nor are you US citizen, then you should not need to pay tax for capital gains. Though you will have to file W8BEN to declare your non-residency with IB so the IB will not withhold the capital gain tax
